Florio Kenny Raval, LLP is pleased to announce the promotion of Associate Michael T. Wilkos, Esq. to the position of Counsel.

Since joining Florio Kenny Raval, LLP in 2012, Mike has represented public entities, employers, and employees in a wide-range of legal issues, including employment discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, CEPA, civil rights claims, and Title 59 defense. Mike also represents several prominent municipalities in property tax litigation in the Tax Court of New Jersey and before County Boards of Taxation.
Mike is licensed in New Jersey and New York and is also admitted to the Federal Bar for the United States District of New Jersey.
Mike graduated from the University of Delaware, magna cum laude, in 2008, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History. Thereafter, he attended Seton Hall University School of Law from 2008-2011 as a Chancellor Scholar, serving on the Seton Hall Law Review. While completing his legal education, he worked for a law firm that is in-house counsel for a prominent insurance company.
Prior to joining the law firm, Mike served as the law clerk to the Honorable Rochelle Gizinski, J.S.C. in the Superior Court, Civil Division, Ocean County Vicinage.
Mike lives in New Providence, New Jersey, with his wife, Lauren, and their three-year-old son. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, going to the gym, hiking, and reading.
