Florio Kenny Raval, LLP recently succeeded in obtaining dismissal of all criminal charges against their clients in the Municipal Division of the New Jersey Superior Court.
The firm represented two municipal employees who were accused of assault and harassment by a former employee. After being terminated for cause, the former employee filed civilian complaints in retaliation against the two municipal employees.
The firm’s vigorous defense included obtaining surveillance video, securing statements from witnesses, and subpoenaing records. This evidence showed that the former employee’s complaints were unfounded.
After conferencing with and presenting the evidence to the Prosecutor’s Office, the Court granted dismissal of all criminal charges against both clients.
