Michael T. Wilkos, Esq.
Michael T. Wilkos is Counsel with Florio Kenny Raval, L.L.P., focusing his practice on employment, civil rights, and municipal litigation.
Mike represents public entities, employers, and employees in a wide-range of legal issues, including employment discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, CEPA, civil rights claims, and Title 59 defense.
Mike also represents several prominent municipalities in property tax litigation in the Tax Court of New Jersey and before County Boards of Taxation.
Prior to joining the law firm, Mike served as the law clerk to the Honorable Rochelle Gizinski, J.S.C. in the Superior Court, Civil Division, Ocean County Vicinage.
Mike graduated from the University of Delaware, magna cum laude, in 2008, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History. Thereafter, he attended Seton Hall University School of Law from 2008-2011, serving on the Seton Hall Law Review. While completing his legal education, he worked as the law clerk for the law firm that is in-house counsel for Chubb Insurance.
Mike is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and New York and is also admitted to the Federal Bar for the United States District of New Jersey.
