Emily M. Mower is an associate with Florio Kenny Raval, L.L.P., focusing her practice on civil litigation and government law.

Emily graduated from San Francisco State University in 2008, receiving a Bachelor of the Arts in Philosophy, with an emphasis on Ethics. Throughout college, Emily enjoyed competing in Parliamentary Debate at the local, State, and National levels.

In 2012, Emily earned her Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law in Camden. During Law School, Emily participated in Street Law outreach programs at various youth detention centers, interned at the Court of Common Pleas in Philadelphia, participated in mock trial, and co-founded a community garden program assisting residents in converting vacant lots into shared garden spaces.

Throughout her legal career, Emily has represented both carriers and claimants in PIP arbitrations and has defended clients in construction defect, professional liability, and personal injury matters.
