Michael A. Cifelli

Michael A. Cifelli is Of Counsel to Florio Kenny Raval where he continues to expand his practice in civil litigation, serving private and public employers and individuals in personal injury, commercial litigation, employment litigation, federal and state civil rights litigation, government entity (Title 59) litigation, and complex tort matters.

Mr. Cifelli litigates cases before administrative agencies, state and federal courts, representing employers and employees in the public and private sector in matters alleging discrimination, constitutional violations, wrongful discharge, wrongful death, breach of contract, harassment, and other employment-related claims.

Mr. Cifelli also practices in the area of criminal law, both as municipal prosecutor and defense counsel. He has served as a municipal prosecutor for a total of 15 years for two New Jersey Municipalities, having conducted numerous trials in criminal and quasi-criminal cases. 

At Florio Kenny Raval, Mr. Cifelli will expand his DWI defense practice. Mr. Cifelli has been litigating DWI cases in New Jersey for over 15 years to the great satisfaction of his clients.  He is excited to expand this area of his practice and bring to new clients a wealth of experience and knowledge to their defense that he has gained both as a private defense attorney and a municipal prosecutor.
