Maxine J. Kutner is an associate with Florio Kenny Raval, L.L.P. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Kutner served as a law clerk to the Honorable Marybeth Rogers, J.S.C., Hudson Vicinage.

Ms. Kutner graduated from Gettysburg College in 2011, receiving a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology. Ms. Kutner earned her law degree, magna cum laude, from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2014. While completing her legal education, Ms. Kutner interned for the Hon. Patricia A. Sullivan, U.S.M.J. of the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island and for the United States Attorney’s Office in Providence, Rhode Island. Additionally, Ms. Kutner served as the Managing Editor for the Roger Williams University Law Review.

Ms. Kutner is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and Hudson County Bar Association.

Ms. Kutner is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and New York.
